A typical Cadaqués-style house, located at the end of a small dead-end dirt road on the Caials-peninsula. A hidden gem, ready for you to be enjoyed in any of the four seasons.
This old fisherman’s house has recently been transformed into a fresh & bright, with a white cast floor, purified drinking water running from the kitchen tap, and two fire places. The house consists of 2 levels, of which one is a seperate studio with its own entrance a little kitchenet , bathroom and one bedroom ,
upstairs from the cozy living room you look out over the green hills and the sea in front of you. The dining room table seats six and the open kitchen is equipped with all you need: dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, fridge/freezer-combi and electric stove. The double store house has in total 3 double bedrooms, two bathroom with shower and washing machine, and an additional washing room with second toilet.
On the plot of just over 1000 m2 you have ample parking space for two cars and two private terraces. Close by you will find several small beaches and bays, the closest one – with diving pontoon, is a 5-minute walk. A child-friendly sandy beach with shallow waters is a 10-minute walk. Downtown Cadaqués is a lovely 20-minute walk away.
